TECHNICAL CONDITION, SERVICING AND HISTORY

• Servicing: The vehicle is serviced on an ongoing basis and remains in regular use.
• Documents and cover: MOT and third-party liability insurance valid.
• Tyres: Tyres in good condition (approximately 2 years old) – summer tyres at the front, all-season tyres at the rear.
• Bodywork and paint history: In 2021, the vehicle was involved in a parking incident (it was parked in close proximity to an external fire). As a result, the damage was settled through the comprehensive insurance policy – the windows were replaced and bodywork and paint repairs were carried out on the driver’s side.
